This year I have decided to take a 10 day vacation and take care of me. That’s right I will make a list of things that I want to accomplish for myself and I will write my journal daily to keep you up-to-date on how I feel.
1. Join a gym and go at least 5 out of the 10 days.
2. Wake up and take a shower daily.
3. Wash my face daily properly.
4. Give myself a full pedicure and manicure.
5. Start a low fat/low carbohydrate diet.
6. Drink a liter of Puerh Tea.
7. Drink minimum 8 glasses of water.
8. This is the hard part; NO WINE & NO COFFEE.
This is going to be a challenge because I am so use to putting myself last. I am always so busy taking care of everyone that I have forgotten to spoil myself. The funny thing is that I could do this if I went away but I have a hard time fitting me into my schedule when I am at home. I guess this is something I am going to have to learn to do. Wish me luck!
